Topic: Want to get some money?

I need some high school students to look at this survey for my research project. If you want to look at it will you give me your email address? I'll send you the survey and tell you what I need you to do.

I'll give out 20,000 plant wars money to you for helping me out. Only High School kids and I only need 3 people, thanks!

How long is the survey going to take?

It's just a page, and I don't want you to fill out the survey, just look it over and make sure the vocabulary is understandable and that the questions make sense to you.

example:
Math Knowledge is

objective 1 2 3 4 5 6 subjective
superficial 1 2 3 4 5 6 profound
constructed 1 2 3 4 5 6 preexisting

a number would be circled indicating what you believe math knowledge is in relation to the two words.

I just want to know that if you were to fill this out, you would understand what it was asking.

That survey is far too difficult to understand.

Yeah I thought it would be. It is actually for college kids, but my professor wants me to adapt it for high school kids. It's going to be a lot of work, lol.

There's no explanation about it.

What you do is circle the number that you think is more related to math knowledge

for example

objective 1 2 3 4 5 6 subjective
I would circle 1 because I think math is objective, you have to prove your answer through facts, and facts are taken objectively.

superficial 1 2 3 4 5 6 profound
this one does not make a lot of sense, I would want to change this to explain how math could be profound or superficial

constructed 1 2 3 4 5 6 preexisting

I would circle 1 because math is something that is constantly being constructed through learning new theories

I want to know which ones need extra descriptions and which ones make sense already.

does that make more sense?

Most of them are ok, but some of them are nothing to do with maths...

Is this offer still open?

sorry but math is preexisting, just because we haven't learned them yet doesn't make them non-exsistant
