So does this law stop us from downloading torrents and shit????

Yeah it means that if they suspect you of downloading music and other stuff that is deemed copyright protected without any proof at all they can Cut of your houses internet connection even if you are completely innocent.

we're just trying to say that music is over priced, if i owned all the albums in my library i'd have spent 10's of thousand. alot of other people will be the same too
