If you have ever shared an IP address with someone, it is against the rules to transfer money or anything to them.

So it's ok to go on your account on some else's computer as long as you do not attack, transfer, or otherwise do anything that could benefit one of the accounts?

There are flaws though. For example: I am at james's house The time is 10:59:54 James, Matt and I are all online waiting for some kills (all on same ip) Matt kills me. He is in breach of the T&C. James kills matt. He is also in breach of the T&C. So WTF

i dont think it matters unless your doing it everyhour, for the other accounts benifet, to stop Multis...

I would suggest not doing it anymore.

Just don't make it seem that your fighting eachother all the time to benefit off one another. There's not a lot of players here, and since most of you are friends in real life, some lienieancy will be given towards fighting.
