Here's where we'll list new stuff that we get done, and it's where you can tell us we did it wrong.
Colony leaders and staff with the "Manage Threads" permission can edit colony threads now. Game staff can edit any thread.
On the ideas page, clicking "Details" for a suggestion will expand the details and display the relevant suggestion on the top.
Added online indicator to hit list.
Expanded limit of topic/post size to 10,000 characters from 2,000.
Separated suggestion page into sub-pages (pending, completed, rejected [new]) and added ability to comment on ideas.
Fixed a bug where any colony staff member could invite people if they were tricky.
Fixed a bug with gallery comments.
Colonies now have applications! Instead of bugging the leader directly, now anyone who has the permission to invite people can create/edit the application form that people see when submitting an application.
Major_Tom fixed the hospital: healing costs are now proportional to how much health you are missing.
The Others page will now automatically go to the page where you are.
New items out (went from around 30 to around 90).

Unified date format site-wide.
Moved Plant IM to a subdomain. This means logging out of the game or IM won't log you out of the other (if you go to http://im.plantwars.com instead of plantwars.com/im)
Added ability to resize chatter.
You can see have the battle ladder show just your colony members.
A few days ago, Major_Tom made it so pictures would be resized and linked to the original to avoid page stretching.
Deleting a post now decrements the topic's post count.
A long, space-less string will no longer stretch the page. The post will instead get a scroll bar.
There's now an accepted category on the ideas/suggestions page when I'll mark things I think are priorities and plan on actually doing.
Once you hit 9,000 characters on a new topic / reply body, it'll warn you how many you have out of 10,000 (which is the limit). This should prevent people from losing text when making a really long post.
Ideas will now show the date on which they changed state (starts at when they were created and then whenever they were accepted/rejected/etc.)
When you deny a colony application, you have the option to enter the reason. This will be sent to them as part of the notification and be stored in the colony event.
I missed updating this for some stuff. You get notified when your idea changes state (is accepted/rejected/etc).. I forget what else.
Anyway, new as of today: You can write journals. They can be public, friends only, or private (only visible by you). Accessed from your profile.
Manage friends page.. You can remove friends now.
New, less irritating captcha
Colony notice board.
Ability for donors to opt-in to seeing ads.
Drop down selection for loaning colony items.
Choose how many jars of honey to sell (instead of just selling all of them automatically).
Colony leader can now send mail to all members.
Mouse over forum topic title for a preview of the topic's body.
You can reset your password if you forget now.. There's a link from the log in page.
The doctor wants to sell you a magnifying glass. WTF?
Added a filter link to mails. This'll restrict your list of mails to only messages to/from that person.

Non-English board now how a translate link. Uses Google Translate to attempt to auto-detect the language and translate it into English.
You can get married. Why? I dunno.
It costs 10 seeds to propose (non-refundable regardless of if they accept). It's free to accept a proposal.
Paypal script fixed so that donator days and seeds should now be automatically awarded.
You can pick a username from the settings page. You can then log in using it or your e-mail address.
Battle Ladder enhancements
Link from the Others page should take you directly to the page you're on. You can now sort people by id (age) and rank ascending or descending. Works for the colony-only list too.
PWTML works in suggestion descriptions and comments now.
Also, to link to a profile you can now do:
[plant=id] will be replaced with a link to that id's profile page with the text being there name
[plant=id]this is a link[/plant] also works if you want the link to be from something besides their name.
Colony blacklist. Add people to the blacklist and they can't apply to your colony.
Level 1? You can't transfer or sell ddays.
Added bank and digging to the mobile site.
Find topics/posts by author.
Progress bars in left column.
New text commands:
- withdraw (or wd) 1000 (don't specify amount to withdraw however much you need to heal)

Chatter history link now gives you an actual history page of chatter instead of just Twitter (which is still there
if you're curious).
Colony comments. You can delete them if you left the comment, or if they're on your colony and you have the Manage Forum permission.
The time is now live (auto-updates every second). It'll be a little buggy when it rolls over.. I don't think it'll handle days (PM to AM) smoothly, but it should handle AM to PM okay. Maybe. If you report an issue, please be very specific.
Colony vaults. These are categories for fund-raising or whatever. Think things like "Leveling Incentives" or "New foosball table for the colony common room." You can create, donate, and delete vaults currently. When a vault gets deleted, its contents go to the general shed money. Coming soon: transferring money between vaults.
Transfers to people from colony vaults finished.
See graph of your fertilizer used per day now from the progress graphs page (accessible from Home).
Finally fixed the problem where threads didn't keep their original post timestamp but were instead updated to the timestamp of the last reply. This only applies to new threads.
Rescheduled database backup to 4:10am. This is a less active time and it's not on a reset. This way, the lag will bother less people.
Added a count of the fertilizer you've used today to your home screen. You'll also see an indication next to it if you've used the most for the current day so far, and you'll get a notification shortly before midnight if you used the most that day. This achievement is stored and will be displayed at some point.
Before, if you had, say 15 fertilizer when you texted to train, it would give you 1.5 credits. Now it'll only give you 1 and leave you with 5. It will also log the fertilizer used now.
You can like posts/topics now. You now have a karma score. You get 1 karma for someone liking your post, 2 for someone liking your topic, and 3 for referring someone.
Why do you want karma? Because it makes you more of a man.
You get 3 karma for being the first to post on a new person's wall now. It is only given if they've been active in the last 24 hours.
Also, fixed the back link from the page when you delete one of your comments off of somebody else's profile.
The fert log graph was showing only the first month of information. It'll show the right data now. :)
You can block people from mailing you or commenting on your profile/pictures/journal.
Added Coca as a food item.
Wow, it's been awhile. Added a red border to highlight a person's first post on the forum a bit ago.
Added fight logs so you can go back and review your fights (no more "who did I take that money from?"). This opens the door to lots of fun statistic stuff if you guys are interested.
Awhile ago, presents were added.
Expanded fight logs to include full hit-by-hit record for donors.
