Topic: Seeking Surgeon

I am looking for an experienced surgeon willing to risk their medical license for the chance to perform an experimental and highly dangerous procedure. Basically, I want wings. If you can attach some to my back, and make them work properly, I will pay you whatever you ask. And of course, this surgery must be performed through the internet. If anyone thinks they are up to the task, please apply for the job by posting in this topic.

You'll need a neurosurgeon if you want them to work properly, or a prosthetics genius.

If the sun give you a rash and you want wings, I think we might have a vampire. Being Plant Wars, most likely a Fruit Vampire (turns into a fruit bat).

That's a good guess, but I really don't eat as much fruit as I should. Mostly, I eat carbohydrates, potatoes, and meat. And some dairy.

Come to think of it, the procedure would be a lot simpler if you were willing to do without your arms.

But even then your body's not exactly the most aerodynamic thing in the world, and your bones aren't hollow, so there's the whole weight thing. You may have to find an albatross.

Hyman always cracks me up with his... intelligent extremely hard to understand posts... so I pretend to understand

If you don't know about aerodynamics, Google it. The hollow bones thing is a reference to the fact that birds have hollow bones, allowing them to weigh less. Us land-based animals wouldn't survive long with hollow bones, as they break too easily, but for flight ...

Finally, the albatross is the bird with the largest of all wingspans, and would therefore be his best bet at overcoming the aforementioned obstacles.

I think I'm just going to copy everything in Hyman's posts and see what Google tells me..

You know, I'm not sure if I think Hyman is smart or just very clever. Probably a good mix of both, since the two qualities are more or less intrinsically bound.
